這幾天不斷有關於 iPad3 的消息流出，但大家都叫它做 iPad 3，但是，大家可能要改口了，因為它可能叫 iPad HD。
由於這代 iPad 3 的技術升級不是很高，所以它有機會會好像 iPhone 4 下代稱為 iPhone 4S 一樣。按照現時的情況，它因著 2,048 X 1,536 解像度的原故，有機會冠以 HD 之名叫 iPad HD。而且，這不單是口頭消息，兩大 iPad 配件生產商 Belkin 和 Griffin 列出了他們的配件名單，他們用的名字是 iPad HD (3)，這線索讓這消息的真確性大升。除此之外，一些分析網站在他們的圖表上亦列出 iPad HD 而非 iPad 3。而究竟它的真名是甚麼呢？很快就會揭曉了。
