自美國的電子遊戲開發工作室 Naughty Dog 在上年宣布將與 HBO 合作推出《The Last of Us》電視劇集後，大家一直對選角相當大興趣，而終於在日前宣布劇集女主角 Ellie 以及男主角 Joel 的最終選角，相信離正式製作亦不遠了。
HBO 在日前宣布，已選定曾在《權力遊戲》（Game Of Throne）飾演熊島女領主 Lyanna Mormont 的 Bella Ramsey 出演《The Last of Us》電視劇集的女主角 Ellie，而男主角則由同在 《Game Of Throne》飾演王子 Oberyn Martell 的 Pedro Pascal 出演。
新任 Naughty Dog 主席的 Neil Druckmann 也在 Twitter 上確認和歡迎 Bella 和 Pedro 的加入。
