Samsung 和 Apple 就專利侵權事宜在全球多國法庭開戰已久，最近 LG 就加入戰團，決定向韓國法庭申請禁制令，禁止 Samsung 有關 Galaxy Note 的相關業務。
LG 指 Samsung Galaxy Note 涉嫌侵犯了 LG LCD 面版的 3 項專利，LG 要求法院禁止 Samsung 在韓國銷售、繼續生產和入口侵犯 LG 專利的Galaxy Note。如 Samsung 繼續侵犯 LG 的專利，將要求每天 10 億南韓圜 (約 $723 萬港元) 的損失賠償。
