每晚上床前你最常做甚麼呢？要是上微博或玩 Facebook，你很大機會親手摧毀你的性生活。根據英國 1 個網站的非正式網上統計，深夜上網習慣令大家平均比 10 年前遲睡 1.5 小時，近 15% 的回應者承認因為上網習慣令性生活減少。
近四分一人有在床上上網的習慣，當中 15% 在網上追看電視節目、13% 會上社交網絡。30 歲以下的回應者，更有超過 6 成在床上玩 Facebook。互聯網和智能手機越來越普及和進步，不但令性生活減少，與 10 年前比較，睡眠時數亦每週減少 7.5 小時，即每年瞓少約 360 小時。
