Google 近來很想網民用真身上陣，除了 YouTube 鼓勵大家轉用 Google+ 上的真名來發言外，現在 Play Store 要求用戶在發表評論前要先登錄 Google+ 帳號。Google 表示此舉是為了防止匿名的垃圾留言，但大家仍然可以匿名下載 Apps，但評論時將必須真名。Google+ 要求用戶用真名註冊，但化名也是可以的。Apple 方面並未跟隨，App Store 仍然允許使用者以匿名評論 Apps。
