Galaxy Note III 的 6.3 吋屏幕為 1080 x 1920 Full HD 設計，配上 2GHz Cortex-A15 處理器，3GB 記憶體，32GB / 64GB / 128GB 儲存空間，還有 1,600 萬像素鏡頭等，電池容量也達 4,000mAh，運行 Android 5.0 系統。看起來規格比起現時手機高上不少，但在一年後的今天，可能也只是一般的高階手機規格，所以有部分設計可能會放到 Galaxy Note III 也不定。
