早前 Apple 推出了第 4 代 iPad，它改用全新的 A6X 處理器，跟上代 iPad 一樣擁有 2 個處理器核心和 4 個顯示核心設計，根據 Apple 發佈會的資料，它比第 3 代 iPad 在處理器和顯示效能均提升 2 倍，而更多相關的資料 Apple 就沒有公佈，近日 Geekbench 就洩露了第 4 代 iPad 的硬件規格和效能。
根據 Geekbench 資料顯示，第 4 代 iPad 處理器時脈為 1.4GHz，時脈比上代的 1GHz 為高，它亦跟上代一樣擁有 1GB 記憶體，第 3 代和第 4 代 iPad 在 Geekbench 得分，分別為 747 和 1757 (比上代高分 2.4 倍)。值得留意的是 Geekbench 只針對處理器效能作測試，而第 2 代 iPad 得分為 769。
1GHz 雙核處理器＋512MB 的 iPad 2 得分。
1GHz 雙核處理器＋1GB 的 iPad 3 得分。
1.4GHz 雙核處理器＋1GB 的 iPad 4 得分。
