「優惠」功能可以讓公司輸入一個網址領取優惠，但對網頁本身沒有審查，所以今日就有人利用遊戲大作來作魚餌，「Grab your free battlefield 3 premium Code today.」引得現在有數萬人「中招」，如果進入頁面 Like 了該公司的 Facebook 程式後，就會不斷發出優惠給自己朋友，讓更多人中伏。所以見到「Grab your free battlefield 3 premium Code today.」，千萬不要按，更不要分享！
如果不幸中伏，可以到自己 Facebook 戶口 Unlike 該程式就可以停止轉發。今次事件有趣的地方用免費遊戲，可以讓一群平常不會按「Starbucks 騙局」的較高階用戶也中招，所以不要以為自己有一些電腦知識就可以放下戒備啊！
