Angry Birds 給了人很多發揮創意的空間，很多人都設計了不同的方式去控制 Angry Birds，就好像 Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design 的學生 Hideaki Matsui 及 Andrew Spitz 就設計了一個專為這個 game 而設的名為”Super Angry Birds” 的滑動式控制器，讓玩家用實物控制角度，並感受到拉彈弓的張力，相信玩起來會更投入啦！
他們用音頻混合器整成了 fader 提供阻力，使大家玩起來像在拉弓的感覺，配合 Arduino-based microcontroller 及在 Max/MSP 寫的程式，再加一個像引爆器的東西，按一下就像平時在 touchscreen 按一下飛行中的 bird， 就完成了這個玩得很逼真的控制器啦！
不過這個得意的控制器不能用於 Angry Birds Space，因為它不能支援 360 度的活動，而且發明者未有表明會用於商業用途，所以大家都無緣買到來試下了。大家都不要只做玩家啦！如果大家願意花上創意去設計，可能會成為下一個發明者，想到更勝一籌的玩法。
