加拿大的網絡商Bell有傳會於今天（當地時間），推出4G LTE版本的Blackberry PlayBook平板，有關資料曾經刊登於網絡商的內容系統文件，但於稍後時間遭刪除。
4G LTE版PlayBook的配置為1.5GHz雙核處理器、7寸1024 x 600觸控屏幕，1GB RAM，採用OS 2.0系統，搭配500萬像素後置和300萬像素前置鏡頭，4,800mAh電池。4G LTE PlayBook將支援4G LTE及HSPA+網絡。暫時未清楚4G LTE版本PlayBook會否在香港推出。

網上流傳一幅來自越南的PlayBook 10寸版本相片，外形和設計與7寸版本相近，體積則和Apple iPad類似。
