由 Apple 教主 Steve Jobs 親自欽點的接任人 Tim Cook，自上任來大打親民牌。不但親自處理顧客問題，而且更落區到血汗工廠視察環境及減低工時，令人感覺這位 CEO 更為友善。最近，Apple 員工更在不記名的評選 CEO 網站中，高達 97% 員工對這位 CEO 表示滿意，就連出名對員工好的 Google 的 CEO Larry Page 亦只屈居第 5。
Tim Cook 自 1998 年加入 Apple 起跟 Steve Jobs 合作無間，其庫存的控制能力實為首屈一指。想不到轉換位置成為 CEO 後，亦得到不錯的評語，看來是個好開始？
