現在的遊戲界有兩個截然不同的發展趨勢：一方面向高階發展，強調最先進的技術和畫面；另一方面則向懷舊發展，研究怎樣在新平台讓大家緬懷過去。Atari Arcade 就再一次帶我們懷緬過去街機好時光。
今次他們設計了一個售 $69.99 美金的 iPad 用街機 dock，手制夠大，有手感，但是始終不能像真街機一樣可以大力拍制。iPad 斜躺在後面，看得舒適，而且可以鎖住，但由於左右兩邊沒有支撐，看起來還是好像很容易掉下來，可能這台東西放在台面上玩會比較好吧？遊戲方面，App Store 上有一款 Missile Commander 供大家免費遊玩，其餘還有 25 款不同遊戲，散賣 US$0.99 一隻，也算抵玩。不過，他們有一隻「一百合一」的也只是賣 US$9.99，如果你是「Atari 迷」可能更為划算！手制加遊戲共約 US$80 美金，折合港幣即六百多元，即差不多是兩隻 PS3/Xbox 遊戲吧，你們覺得值不值呢？
