雖然iPhone 4S還未抵達香港，但同樣期待已久的iOS 5，剛剛已經開始供用家下載。要下載iOS 5更新，需要先更新iTunes 10.5，然後一如以往地按著指示去同步和更新就可。iOS 5支援iPhone 3GS、iPhone 4、iPod Touch 3代及4代，和iPad 1代和2代。
新的iOS 5，增加了不少新功能如下拉式的通知中心、iMessage、iCloud、待辦工作提示、WiFi同步和Twitter整合等等。至於Siri語音助手機能則是iPhone 4S限定。現在還未有iOS 5的完美JailBreak方案，如果要JailBreak的話，就要再等一會了。稍後我們會送上iOS 5的詳細評測，別錯過了！

我已download 了itune10.5 並安裝, 但是只有4.3.5 upgrade only
4.3.3 to 5 ok on iPhone 4. U can restart itune, then it will show ios5
I think apple fixed the issue this afternoon. This morning, my itune also just showed 4.3.5
原來要先答更新4.3.5 才會更新5.0

iOS 4.33 要 download 咗 4.35 先可再 download iOS 5, 唔知是否SJ走咗後，蘋果的programmers 都遲鈍咗呢？我upgrade部ipad2 都話有問題出現，真係唔知點解？你話剛開放多人用可能會慢些，這可接受，但download畤常出現 Error 就是問題。我想都係等下星期先 download，等蘋果準備好先。

我的 iphone4 是4.3.3, iTune 用5.0, 一次download完, 之後已可更新到ios5, 一切順利! 另我今早6時(13/10/2011)download, 我用 BB1000 及 Cisco E4200 Rounter, 電腦用 Lan線接 Rounter, download speed 有200Mbps, 萍果Server都好快, 用60秒 download完 ios5, 但之後備件及更新, 再reboot, 大概30分鐘!!!!
