根據外國網站的消息，Apple 準備會在 iOS 5 正式發佈前，於數天後推出 4.3.4 Firmware，以堵塞 JailbreakMe 3.0 利用 Mobile Safari 的 PDF 漏洞而令用家得以成功為 iOS 裝置越獄的情況。此消息是由德國政府的傳出的，並警告國民在 4.3.4 Firmware 推出前，應再三考慮是否應在 iOS 裝置上開啟來自不明來歷來源的 PDF 檔案或在網頁搜尋器中點擊不明來歷的網站連結。如果大家是希望為裝置越獄，以求安裝 Cydia 中的不少有用程式，就記著不要錯手或衝動將裝置升級至 4.3.4 Firmware 了。
