外國開發員成功使用Tiamat kernel把Motorola Xoom 由原來的 1GHz 超頻至1.7GHz，運行程式變得流暢，Linpack評分達70 MFLOPS，SunSpider評分達1480ms，Quadrant評分達4937，接近5000分。超頻後的Motorola Xoom出現小量問題，但看來Nvidia這粒Tegra 2雙核真的有能力運行1.7GHz！如果你也想嘗試超頻的威力，可到xda-developer 參考超頻指引。
