香港人最常用的社交工具，應該離不開Facebook與MSN（現為Live Messenger），早在上年因為Microsoft和Facebook的合作協議，早已整合在一起。不過直到最近，才正式開放到全球的用家使用。用家只需在Hotmail內加入Facebook帳號，然後就能在Live Messenger或Hotmail內直接使用Facebook聊天。有了這功能，在禁止使用Facebook的電腦上（例如學校、公司），也能透過Hotmail偷雞和Facebook的朋友聊天，絕對是蛇王必備良品。
