過往蘋果推出iPhone 3GS時，都會同時推出黑白兩色，只是在iPhone 4時情況則不同，至今白色版仍未見街。可是即將於2日發佈的iPad 2，也可能會有白色版。有網站在內地找到上述的螢幕零件，表面是白色，底部則是黑色。當然，過往我們也看過白色iPhone 4零件，但最終仍沒有正式發售，可能今次白色iPad 2又會有類似情況。
