Samsung Galaxy S 在港頗受 android 機迷愛戴，Sasmung 高層證實下一代的 Galaxy S 將會使用 Android 2.3 Gingerbread、雙核心處理器及有可能使用 Super AMOLED 熒幕。其實這也是意料之內的事，LG Optimus 2X 及 Droid Atrix 4G 都使用 Tegra2 雙核心平台， 這也意味著雙核心處理器是 2011 年智能電話的標準。究竟 Galaxy S 使用的會是 Tegra 2 還是自家的 Orion 還是個未知數。
