早前我們報導，在 Apple Store 訂購 iPhone/iPad 的朋友可到 TNT 可自取的消息，已經證實是真的。不過首要條件是速遞必需上門一次而無人回應後，待 Status 轉變成 “Awaiting Collection By Receiver” 後才能申請自取，因此用家不可以收到 Apple 開始付運後，便拿著 Order Number 要求自取。我們 unwire.hk 讀者 Pasu 報料，收到 TNT 自取的通知，因此我們派記者全程拍下照片做一個簡單的「自取」教學，方便日後有需要到 TNT 自取 iPad/iPhone 的朋友。
注意：觀塘巧明街111-113號富利廣場取貨中心已搬，請大家不要上去取貨，以免白走
取貨地址位於到達觀塘巧明街111-113號富利廣場，各位可到觀塘港鐵站的 APM 出口去，進入 APM 內直行發現一間 J 字頭的化妝品店(對面是元氣壽司)，會有一個名為港貿中心的出口，沿在 ATM 提款機後的特短行人電梯下去，再下一條長的行人電梯後，出門口右轉走兩步就會看到富利廣場，進入時有可能需要登記身份證

電梯按 5 字出電梯轉左，便會有人開始指引你 ( 5 樓 5 室)

入到時拿紙仔像酒樓等候派籌, 然後等約 3分鐘
．
叫號時去門口 Counter 登記, 首先核對 HKID, 核對完成後會叫你出門口走廊盡頭另一間房的這個窗口再次登記

進行第二次登記時，各位必需帶齊以下文件缺一不可 !!!
- HKID
- TNT 送件不達咭
- Apple Store 出貨證明 E-mail (打印本)

緊記以上的 TNT 「自取三寶」唯一不可！

成功辦理所有登記程序後，TNT 職員會派發一個登記咭給你

再坐再等………..約十分鐘
.
最後機到手時，建議大家即場檢查清楚有沒有發錯別人的給你，不過如果無錯件但貨物有任何問題, TNT 不會受理的, 產品保養方面要找番 Apple 相討。

部iphone4係俾女友帶去出trip用(21/8),已經一早join 咗plan, 19/8打去TNT, 打足一個鐘先成功有人同我講野, 佢話19/8派唔到用20/8,我話唔緊用甘等聽日啦, 因為21/8女友會出Trip, 所以怕去廁所/去買野食TNT按鐘仔冇人開門, 我於是19/8晚係大門貼張”TNT 請打:XXXXXXX(手提), 開門”, 派送地方係寫字樓(自己一位), 有時要去廁所怕錯失咗收貨, 點知我所擔心既事真係發生咗, 我整日都係室內等部iphone4, 當然我有出去買早餐,午餐,晚餐,大便同小便,最後等到夜晚10:00pm頂唔順上網check下, 大獲原來TNT 17:58:48 上過嚟? 我真係唔知發生咩事? 我唔記得17:58:48有冇去過小便, 一張Notice卡都冇?? 跟著又打去TNT, 又打足一個小時, 佢話如果下次再派要26/8, 一係去官塘自取,我問:幾時可以去啊? TNT:而家未有消息, 你等Message啦? 之後係第二日的早上(21/8)收到橙色Notice卡, 但我到現在都冇收到任何Message !
真係一肚氣, 我建議大家如果訂購咗Apple產品, 為免錯失收貨, 用兩個人一齊等, 如果冇就買定痰罐啦!
TNT 個送貨員，極大可能係求其報無人，飛左站喇！…佢有無上過門，跟本無人知，有上到黎，無可能睇唔到你張紙！…1/9 開始多幾間送，情況會好 D 架喇！
咁渣嘅公司都比佢做咁耐。好明顯香港Apple比TNT做嗰個人搵到吃啦。快d搵人去報老廉啦，實有收穫。

I have ordered 2 iPad, 4 iPhones from Apple.com. It breaks down to 6 shipments… (I ordered Simcard along with iPad.) 3 shipments, has no Notice Card, one shipment dropped a notice card but written “2nd Attempt”….. one shipment “23 Aug 2010 17:46:00 KB4 Vehicle Breakdown, Potential Delay. Recovery Action Underway.” and I got to pick up myself next day. I am not going to wait for another delivery.
My friend ordered one and shipped to my place, lucky, it’s DHL. nice and easy. period.
read your exp about iPad delivery. TNT is Suck. V Suck.

my case was normal than yours.
My original delivery date was on 19/8 but no time.
I was obtained a day-off just I think I need to wait for one whole day for delivery.
At around 11:15am,
the delivery comes.
Seems that alright for me for the delivery.
Now,
it will be another delivery for the bumper.
Hope the delivery will be in the morning time otherwise I might miss the delivery.
Anyway,
Good luck for all of you.
Crazy!! Don’t know what to do……I have people at home 24/7 and TNT has not come to delver the iPads at all

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is great blog. A great read. I will certainly be back.
