不少人投訴 TNT 送貨延遲、送錯貨、送貨前不打電話、晚間送貨等等．．總而言之網上劣評如潮！有網友指剛致電到 TNT ，得知蘋果星期一會開設取件中心，若過 TNT Status 轉變成 “Awating Collection By Receiver” 的話，就即是可以自行到觀塘取件。TNT 說第二次送貨無人接收的話就會送到取件中心，待客戶自行取件，客戶亦可自行要求自己上門取件。unwire.hk 記者打了近 30 分鐘想證實是否真有此事，可惜不是忙線就是無人接聽！相信若果此消息成事實的話，打去申請自行取貨的人不知要有幾多時間去等候尊貴的 TNT 公司接聽了。
P.S 另一箱有消息說今天開始郵局會幫忙派送 iPhone / 九月一號起 DHL 亦會加入參與派送工作

我唔想去自取……
打左電話比TNT，佢地話你可以選擇要佢再送，不過排期最快要五至六天後。叫佢送去取貨中心就兩天左右，等你個Status update成Awaiting Collection就可以去觀塘取機。
我問佢咁多人去攞機，會唔會排成一兩個鐘至攞到，佢話佢地會有好多人手，唔洗等好耐。我最後選擇自己攞機，希望到時唔洗排好耐啦！！

Even I went to Kwun Tong Station to collect my product today! They did not not allow me for collection! Ask me wait for delivery at home again!!!! I will complain to Consumer Council, they had sent to the wrong destination twice & I have been waiting nearly for a month!!!!!
