Incorrect.
Musclenerd and Planetbeing are both working on “unlocking” the baseband of iPhone 4, all the “different methods” are talking about unlocking the SIM lock.
Actually the whole article that you cited are talking about unlocking the SIM lock, not about jailbreak (although need a jailbreak first)
For jailbreak tool, it is working on by comex.
Don’t mess unlock and jailbreak up, please.
