當RIM 和 Nokia 都開腔時,HTC 還沒什麼官方聲明,不過HTC PR 的 Eric Lin 就向 Pocket-lint 表示 Droid Eris 用家中致電技術支援投訴的比例只有0.016%,而且甚少是跟訊號或天線問有關。對比 Apple iPhone 4用家就天線/接收問題致電Apple Care尋求支援的比例是0.55%,不過Apple 的受眾較廣,而且致電詢問Apple Care 跟致電HTC 技術支援投訴的性質亦不盡相同,難以直接比較(感謝讀者補充指正)。不知道稍後HTC會否作出更公開回應?

As I know,
The 0.55% quoted from Apple means 0.55% out of those trouble-facing users who have antenna problem.
The 0.016% quoted from HTC PR means 0.016% out of those Droid Eris users who need technical support.
We can definitely see that only a small percentage of Droid Eris users called technical support;
however, the figures are not comparable.
