台灣 HP 高層放傳媒確認了 HP Slate 轉移至 WebOS 陣營的計劃，同時表示了 HP Slate 將於十月分推出。不過，因為 Netbook 的用途跟傳統電腦用途太相近，故不會將 WebOS 放到 Netbook 上，只會用於智能手機與觸控裝置上。早前更有消息指出，WebOS 更會被用到於打印機上，屆時我們可以看到 WebOS 與我們的數碼生活息息相關了。

照上面的說法,
是說據報導, HP的副總說, 10月要出的是 Slate 是 windows 7,
WebOS 的 Slate 是未確定的..
