Google自從宣佈要推出自家的系統Chrome OS後，已經吸引不少電腦用戶的留意，Google CEO Eric Schmidt就曾經表示採用Chrome OS的產品，應該會在今年年底時間出現，不過目前有小道消息顯示，Chrome OS netbook的推出時間，可能提早至本月內登場。
目前有關方面透露，Chrome OS netbook的售價會在$200美元以下，並且那麼由深圳的廠商推出產品，自然不會讓人感到驚訝(Android MID也能夠推出,有什麼不可能?)，只是按照開發及設計的進度而論，本月面世的應該只是出現樣本機種，正式發售可能還是年底的時間，所以現在開始宣傳也相當正常。
